What is Compound Interest

There are 3 things everybody wants.

There is actually more than 3 but lets start with the basics.

Everyone want to be WEALTHY, everyone wants to be HAPPY and everyone want to be FIT.

Now, of course, you also want internally calm state of mind, a lovely household... so there are others that come into it.

But those 3 they can actually be taught.

In fitness, we are not gonna teach.

There are out there more people that know more than us.

But in case, here is a list of daily workouts.

No gym. No weights.No excuses.

For every day that you don't exercise, you will have less time in this planet.

There are some principles, that we are laying out but in a timeless manner.

Because we can't really "teach" you anything.

We can only inspire you and give you some hooks so you can remember things when they happen, or put a name to them.

So, what is Iunctura?

Iunctura is a latin word that mean compounding.

Albert Einstein famously said, "Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it, earns it; he who doesn't, pays it."

But what is this great wonder and how does it work?

First, some quick definitions.

- Simple interest is interest that is paid only on the initial principal balance.

- Compound interest is interest that is paid on the initial principal balance plus the accumulated interest from prior periods.

You earn interest on your interest!

It creates a snowball effect, of sorts.

And this can be applied in pretty much any aspect of life.
